"Hi there! My name is Charlotte, and I recently gained my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise degree from Massey University. As I enter this industry, I'm brimming with ideas and I am passionate about using exercise to improve people's general well-being. I have an array of real-world experience and a passion for exercise, having spent years being fully committed to the sport of football which I'm very passionate about.

I truly believe that exercise has the ability to change people's lives if done properly and safely. It shapes our bodies, but it also has a significant effect on our mental health. My goal is to help people reach their exercise objectives while putting their overall health first.
